Closes #67

Attaches diff aws creds depending on input bucket name
If there is a policy that all upload jobs need to go through the service and limit what's allowed to be written to aind_svc_upload@hpc-login, then I'd prefer to just host the aws credentials on the hpc login node and just have the service specify which aws profile to use when submitting a job. This script should suffice in the short term.
